CONDITIONS FOR SALE
We can receive orders both online and by telephone.
Delivery charges within the UK are calculated during the checkout process and are dependent on the product(s) ordered. We reserve the right to charge overseas postage dependent on the product(s) ordered; you will be contacted by a Club representative before the order is accepted if this is required.
No contract exists between us until we have received your order and accepted it.
Acknowledgement of your order is not acceptance.
The prices published on our website are subject to change. In the event of significant price alterations, which would result in extra cost to you the customer, we will contact you before acceptance of your order.
Transactions will be processed in Pounds Sterling.
Payment is with order. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of acceptance, usually within 1-2 days.
STOCK
We aim to stock all products on the site, and replenish stocks as and when necessary. However, all products are offered subject to availability. In the event that a particular product is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If we are unable to deliver the goods described on your order you will be entitled to cancel your order.
TRANSACTION SECURITY
All online transactions are processed using Sage Pay. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay's systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
GUARANTEE
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us by telephone or email within 5 days of delivery to arrange replacement/refund. No used goods can be replaced.
Please inform us immediately if you have a complaint and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
